• Great Communication Skills: Strong customer service abilities when connecting with donors, staff, and district partners.

• A Collaborative Team Player: Comfortable working independently while thriving in a shared, vibrant environment.

Our Workplace Culture

This is a full-time, on-site position located at our studios in Northeast Seattle.

Our workspace is an open-concept environment (no individual offices!) filled with constant music, passionate colleagues, and students who are an active part of our daily station energy. If you love an engaging, high-energy environment rooted in youth empowerment and community broadcasting, you’ll feel right at home.

Because DANCE 89.5 operates in partnership with Seattle Public Schools, all applicants must apply through the district portal.
